PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) _ Providence police have arrested a second man in connection with a fatal hit-and-run during a gang-related dispute in 2013.

City officers charged 21-year-old Juan Oliver with murder and conspiracy Thursday in the killing of 21-year-old Henry Rodriguez outside a gas station on May 24, 2013.

Authorities say Rodriguez was beaten during a gang fight and run over by two cars driven by rival gang members.

Police charged 23-year-old Joseph Shepard with murder in October in connection with Rodriguez’s death. Officials say Shepard stole Rodriguez’s SUV and drove it into him.

Authorities say they have an arrest warrant for a third man in the case.

The Providence Journal reports that Oliver was ordered held without bail during his arraignment Thursday. It’s not clear what his response to the allegations is.
