CRANSTON, R.I. (WLNE) — A month after a landlord demanded his tenants to halt outdoor dining, three restaurants in Pawtuxet Village have reached an agreement to continue the service.

Steve Conti, the attorney representing the landlord, told ABC 6 News Wednesday that Revolution American Bistro, Fellini Pizzeria, and Bagel Express and Deli have agreements to Oct. 31.

On April 3, the owner of Revolution Bistro said the landlord, Anthony Albanese, sent the three restaurants a letter asking them to remove all outdoor dining equipment and furniture by April 15.

The restaurants have had outdoor dining in a parking lot since May 2020, as a part of Rhode Island’s “Take it Outside” initiative during the coronavirus pandemic.
