There was a lot of anticipation surrounding last night's Powerball drawing. Someone from Michigan bought the winning ticket worth 337 million dollars. The ticket was sold at a Sunoco gas station in Lapeer, about 45 miles north of Detroit.

Eight tickets matched five of the winning numbers to win 1 million dollars. Two of those tickets were sold in Indiana. The others were sold in Kansas, Kentucky, New Jersey, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Someone in Nebraska won 2 million for adding the Power Play.
