By: Melissa Toupin
Ernest Wallace, 41, is set to return to Massachusetts this morning to face a District Court judge in connection to the June 17th murder of Odin Lloyd. Wallace is the last of 3 suspects to be arraigned in the case.
Wallace surrendered himself to police in Florida last week. He is accused of being an accessory after the fact in Lloyd's murder. Investigators say they have surveillance video that puts Wallace with Lloyd, another suspect, Carlos Ortiz, and former Patriots Aaron Hernandez shortly before Lloyd was killed.
The semi-professional football players body was discovered by a jogger in a North Attleboro industrial park less than a mile from Hernandez's home.
Aaron Hernandez is being held with out bail. Ortiz is also being held on a weapons charge.
Wallace's arraignment is scheduled for 2 PM in Attleboro District Court.
