78–year–old woman killed in Cumberland has been identified

The 78–year–old woman killed after being struck by a dairy truck in Cumberland has been identified as Aida Delgado.

Police say she was walking along Dexter street, west of the High Street intersection around six Thursday morning when she was struck by Bliss Brother dairy truck.

The Attleboro based company was on its regular milk delivery route when the accident happened.

Police say that the crash is still under investigation but have ruled out Alcohol or drugs as a factor.
