Driver charged with OUI after Franklin crash

FRANKLIN, Mass. (WLNE) — The Franklin Police Department said a driver was charged with operating under the influence after a crash on Dec. 6.

Police responded to Lincoln Street by Daniels Street around 8 p.m. to discover a car had crashed into the woods.

Police arrested the driver, who was not identified.

They were charged with OUI, negligent operation, and marked lanes.

The driver was arraigned in Wrentham District Court Monday morning.
