A shot of snow precedes a chilly Opening Day
Providence, RI — We continue to track a cold front to our north and west that is racing towards southern New England.
It will begin to enter our viewing area around midnight and will stick around through 3/4am before moving out towards the Cape and eventually out to sea.
Speaking of ‘stick’ – nothing will be sticking to the ground, but the temps falling below freezing behind the front could lead to some icy conditions tomorrow morning.
A bright but cold day is in store for the Sox up in Beantown as they begin their 2023 season.
The next chance of wet weather will be Friday night through Saturday, all in the form of rain.
Temperatures begin to trend warmer for the first week of April!
