ABC6 Weather Online - Monday, March 9

Another great day ahead of us! Lots of sunshine with very warm temperatures for early March, expect highs inland in the mid to upper 60s! The record in Providence today is 70° set back in 2016. It will be a few degrees cooler at the coastline because of a breeze coming in right off the water from the southwest, expect 50s there which is still mild for this time of year. Tonight will be partly clear with lows staying warm again, expect mid to upper 40s by tomorrow morning.

Tuesday will be warm again with highs in the low 60s but expect to see more clouds as the day goes on. The breeze will once again be coming in from the southwest, gusting around 25MPH at times which keeps us slightly cooler at the coastline. Eventually in the evening some scattered rain moves into the area but will clear out by early Wednesday morning. Lows stay in the 40s. Wednesday will be a bit breezy but still mild, highs in the mid 50s. Expect partly sunny conditions.

Partly sunny on Thursday with morning temperatures in the upper 30s and afternoon highs in the low to mid 50s. Clouds increase once again overnight into early Friday with lows in the upper 30s.

Friday features clouds and some scattered rain throughout the day, highs in the mid 50s. We begin to clear out overnight and the weekend looks dry. Partly sunny and breezy on Saturday with highs in the low 50s. Sunny and more seasonable on Sunday with highs in the upper 40s.
