An Acushnet man who works at a Tiverton fireworks store appeared in Newport District Court Thursday morning. Richard Langlois is accused of making sexual advances on a teenage boy inside the store.

Police say the incident happened at the ‘Fireworks Connection” store on Main Road in Tiverton. Langlois allegedly made sexual advances on a teenage boy. He also allegedly touched the boy's genital area through his clothes, and asked if the two could meet in the bathroom.

Langlois pleaded not guilty to enticing a minor on Thrusday and is out on a $3 thousand bond. He's due back in court for a pretrial hearing on September 26th.
