Another Round of Rain & Storms Today

Partly to mostly cloudy this morning with muggy conditions to start the day. Still tracking a large low system that is sitting basically stationary offshore. That low will once again bring the risk of unsettled weather to SNE today. We will see sun and clouds this morning but by late morning the risk of rain and storms develops once again. The rain will be scattered, but where they rain does set up you can expect heavy downpours, thunder, lightning, brief gusty winds and even some small hail. Highs today will be in the mid to upper 70s. Tonight will stay mostly cloudy and foggy with lows in the 60s.

A similar set up ahead of us for Wednesday, mostly cloudy with isolated rain and storms in the forecast. Highs will once again be in the upper 70s to around 80°. That offshore low begins to pull away from the area Thursday. Still some clouds expected with highs in the low 80s. Friday we see a mix of sun and clouds with the slight chance of an isolated shower. Highs will be in the 70s and low 80s.

Heading into Independence Day with partly sunny conditions. Morning lows will be in the low 60s and afternoon highs will top out around 80°. The second half of the weekend brings the slight chance of some isolated showers. Highs in the low 80s.
