Another Warwick Mall Business Reopens Doors

WARWICK, R.I. (AP) – The Warwick Mall is marking another milestone as it continues to recover from the March floods.
Liberty Travel is scheduled on Monday to become the first business to reopen on the hard-hit ground floor.
The Sports Authority on the second floor reopened about a month ago.
Record-setting rains in March flooded the mall with several feet of water and forced it to close.
Managing partner Aram Garabedian has said a Target store is expected to reopen in July, the food court in August, a JC Penney in October and a Macy's should reopen in time for Christmas.
