Apartment building in Warren catches fire, one displaced

WARREN, R.I. (WLNE) –An apartment building in Warren caught fire Tuesday morning and left one person without a home.

The fire happened at about 3:30 a.m. on Main Street.

Warren Fire Chief James Sousa said that firefighters were able to contain the flames to just one of the 15 units in the building. It took them just over an hour to put out the fire.

No injuries were reported.
