This is going to be a short one…

Sleep: 7 & 1/2 hours

WOD: 10 rounds of 10 thrusters and 10 pushups

Food: 1 chicken thigh cooked in consume soup, 1 cup of cooked spinach, tomato and onion salad, 1/2 apple, 2 tbsp. almond butter.

Going to bed. Goodnight everyone.
