Seekonk police collect 6 catalytic converters after arrest

SEEKONK, Mass. (WLNE) — Seekonk police said Monday they retrieved six catalytic converters and cutting tools after arresting two people late last month.

Police said that on March 24, officers searched an area believed to be used to store the stolen car pieces. There, they were able to take two people into custody.

The two unnamed people were also wanted for unrelated charges. They are both facing additional charges for stolen property and conspiracy.

Police said others not at the scene will also face charges.
