Attleboro woman arrested in connection to fatal shooting at South Shore Plaza

QUINCY, MASS. (WLNE)- An Attleboro woman was arrested in connection to a fatal shooting inside the South Shore Plaza in Braintree last weekend.
Samantha Schwartz, 27, is due to face a judge at Quincy District Court Friday morning.
Schwartz will be arraigned on one single count of accessory after the fact of murder.
Dijoun C. Beasley, 26, was shot while shopping on the main floor of the plaza and was taken to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
A spokesperson for the District Attorney’s Office said the charges are connected to actions Schwartz allegedly took following the shooting at the mall.
The shooter remains at large and the investigation is ongoing, according to the DA’s Office.
