Crews are searching for a Brown University student who went missing after he left to go duck hunting around 2 p.m. on Tuesday.
Authorities say 21-year-old Dana Dourdeville of Marion, Mass., left from West Island Town Beach in a red kayak. The kayak was located on Tuesday night just before 11 p.m. floating in the water off the east shore of West Island. Inside the kayak a single glove was found.
The search was suspended on Tuesday night but resumed Wednesday morning.
Dourdeville is on the Brown University Cross Country team.
