B&B Dockside in Westerly introduces to-go drink pouches with their breakfast and burgers

WESTERLY, R.I. (WLNE) – B&B Dockside (Breakfast and Burgers) in Westerly, is just one of many businesses still open during the pandemic.

The business has changed their hours and how they serve during the pandemic. Normally open Wednesday through Monday for breakfast and burgers, the restaurant has had to resort to curbside pickup for mainly lunch and dinner.

Having a liquor license, owners say they are excited to now be selling cocktails in sealed drink pouches. The idea was shared with them from another local restaurant in Westerly, The Bridge.

Terry (TK) Kyan, Owner said, “It’s fun, and they’re actually reusable, you can keep them and do what you will, you can even put a sandwiches in them if you want to.”

“They’re really, they’re made I think really for smoothies, so they’re 16 ounces, put everything in there, they seal up tight, they have a slot for a straw, you know you can stick them in the fridge, stick them in the freezer.” Said, Megan Kyan, Owner.

B&B Dockside is known for their delicious breakfasts and unique burgers.

The owners say outdoor dining service at their location will begin on May 21 at 11:00 a.m.
