Becoming sunny today, rain for the weekend

Chilly temperatures today

Many waking up to a coating of snow outside this morning! Any flurries are winding down and we’ll end up mainly sunny quickly. It stays chilly today with highs only in the upper 30s and low 40s. More clouds overnight with lows in the upper 20s. Friday stays mostly cloudy but it’s a bit warmer with highs in the mid to upper 40s.

We’ll warm up on Saturday with morning temperatures in the upper 30s and afternoon highs into the low 60s. The mild temperatures will come along a warm front which will bring rain and gusty winds to the area through Saturday afternoon and night. Wind gusts 30-40MPH for most can be expected Saturday evening and night. We’ll dry out into Sunday but it stays breezy and cooler temperatures move back in, highs on Sunday will be in the mid to upper 40s.

Heading into the start of next week, a nice stretch of sunshine and slightly warmer than average temperatures expected. Highs in the low to mid 50s range for much of next week.
