Bruins Give Paille Extension

BOSTON (AP) – The Boston Bruins have signed forward Daniel

Paille (pie-YAY) to a two-year contract extension.

The 26-year-old Paille has played five seasons for the Bruins

and Buffalo Sabres. He had 10 goals with nine assists for Boston

last season.

Paille was a member of the Bruins' penalty-killing unit that

ranked third in the NHL.

Paille had 19 goals and 16 assists for Buffalo in 2007-08.
