Bruins Prepare For Game 5 Against the Flyers
WILMINGTON, Mass. (AP) – The Boston Bruins are hoping that the
players who are coming back from injuries will make up for all the
guys they are losing.
Bruins defenseman Mark Stuart struggled in his return from an
infected finger in Game 4. Philadelphia won 5-4 in overtime on a
goal by Simon Gagne (see-MONE Gah-NYAY), who was coming back from a
broken toe.
Boston has also gotten Marc Savard back in the lineup, and
Dennis Seidenberg was back on the ice over the weekend. But the
Bruins have lost David Krejci (KRAY-chee) and Marco Sturm for the
rest of the season.
The Flyers got help when Gagne returned, but Daniel Carcillo sat
out the third period and overtime and they aren't saying what's
wrong.
Game 5 is Monday night in Boston.
