WOW! The pre-holiday season has been a busy one. All good things, though.

I have been keeping up with my workouts and my eating plan. What makes it easy to stay on track with my diet is making food ahead of time. I am still eating my chicken stew, and have been using apples with almond butter to satisfy my sweet tooth.

I am a little nervous about Christmas week. I have decided that I am going to be extra strict with my diet, because I am going to do an update about how  much I have lost and a fitness test after the holiday. I don't want to blow it! Yikes! Timing is everything, as they say.
