Cape Town Making Condoms Available to All Students

A town on the Cape is making waves with its new policy surrounding condoms, making them available to all students.

The school committee in Provincetown voted for the measure that would require nurses to give condoms out to any student who asked for one, even those as young as the first grade.

The nurses would not be required to notify the students' guardians, which has some parents in town outraged.
