Car crashes into Fall River Heritage State Park

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — Fall River police and fire responded to a car crash near the Davol Street corridor Monday night.

ABC6 News crews were on scene where a car could be seen with heavy damage to its roof, sides, front and back.

Police officers could be seen searching inside the vehicle, in which all the airbags were deployed.

A nearby lamp post was also observed with damage.

The stretch of Davol Street has since opened and the scene was cleared.

Information regarding any injuries, fatalities or the cause of the crash was not immediately available.
