Declining enrollment is forcing the Diocese of Providence to close Father Holland Catholic School in Pascoag.

Right now there are 89 students in the school, and officials say that number could drop to 70 by next year.

The decreasing number combined with increased financial woes is prompting the decision to close at the end of the school year.

A meeting for parents will be held tomorrow night at the school at 7 p.m.
