Central Falls Teachers Union Votes “No Confidence” in Superintendent
The Central Falls Teachers' Union members overwhelmingly took a vote of no confidence in Superintendent Francis Gallo, and the Board of Trustees, Tuesday.
A press release issued by the Central Falls Teachers' Union states that 97% of its members voted no confidence in the Superintendent, and the board. That equates to 244 of the 252 members.
The press release goes on to state that “Superintendent Gallo and the Board of Trustees have not displayed the leadership necessary to move this school district forward.” It also goes on to cite that “an appalling work environment has been created by this administration”
