Clouds increase Sunday night, rain for most by Monday afternoon

Any water from snowpack that melted during the day Sunday will refreeze again Sunday night, so watch for icy spots.  Otherwise, look for a chilly night with increasing clouds late.  Monday starts off cloudy, followed by (mainly) rain late in the day.  Any wet snowflakes that mix in for higher elevations northwest of Providence should not accumulate before switching to rain.  The middle of the week is dry and much milder.  A cold front brings clouds Wednesday night into Thursday, followed by chilly and dry conditions heading toward next weekend.  Look for a chance of showers Saturday night into early next Sunday.
