Coastguard looking for possible missing boater

JAMESTOWN, R.I. (WLNE) – The Coastguard is currently searching for a person in the water after an abandoned skiff boat was found adrift, north of the Jamestown Bridge Thursday morning.

As of 8:15  A.M. no calls for missing persons have been reported.

Officials ask that anyone with further information to call 508-457-3211.
