Coats drive for homeless in Rhode Island

 By: Liz Tufts

The homeless in Rhode Island are getting some big help staying warm this winter. Hundreds of coats, boots, gloves and hats were rounded up for families in need and it’s all thanks to one woman who has made it her mission to end homelessness all together.

Lynn Loveday saw the need last year and hated the thought of families sleeping out in the cold. The coats will now be handed out to agencies that help the homeless.
