Convicted killer ordered held without bail for drug charges

A convicted killer out of jail on parole was back before a judge today, this time facing drug charges.
Gerald Mastracchio was ordered held without bail as a parole violator. He stands accused of growing and selling marijuana out of his home while on parole. Police arrested Mastracchio over the weekend after a three month investigation in which they discovered 28 marijuana plants, scales, and papers in his home.

After his release Mastracchio has been back behind bars for violations but was released again in 2012.
