A Portsmouth based company has been indicted after an investigation into the sale and distribution of unapproved health products and supplements.

Daniel Chapter One is owned by James Feijo and his wife Patricia. They are accused of marketing and selling in excess of $2,000,000 dollars worth of products not approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration as cancer mitigation and treatment options.

Police say the couple sold 7 Herb Formula, Bio Shark and GDU over the span of about five years. Claiming they prevent, treat, and even cure cancer.

The drugs were allegedly sold through various websites, a call center, and on the couple’s daily radio program.

Feijo is also charged with failing to file individual tax returns with the IRS for at least 2 years.
