Cranston man wins big, plans big anniversary gift

CRANSTON, R.I. (WLNE)- A Cranston man won big playing “Keno Plus” at a local store on Friday.

The man won a total of $42,000 after buying a  ticket at Ted’s Stadium Pub in Cranston.

He matched all eight of his numbers to win the $10,500 prize. Because he paid an extra dollar to play the “Keno Plus” bonus, the quadruple multiplier was applied to the prize.

The man told the Rhode Island Lottery that he plans on spending his winnings on an anniversary trip for him and his wife.
