Cranston Western Falls Short in Opening Game at the Little League Regional in Bristol

The Cranston Western All-Stars fell short in their comeback in the opener of the Little League Regional in Bristol, CT. Cranston Western's Jason Patalano knocked in a pair of runs in the 4th to cut the Waterford, CT lead to a single run. However, Waterford pitcher Jared Burrows stopped the rally, striking out 7 in going the distance for a 3-2 victory. Cranston Western plays again on Wednesday.
