Buy bakery dough and spread out on cookie sheet with a generous amount of
olive oil.
Bake at 450 for 10 min and remove from oven when it cools flip the dough
over.
In a fry pan saute 1/2 red bell pepper 1/4 of Bermuda onion a few mushrooms
in olive oil.
add this evenly to the dough
add 1/2 cup chopped black olives
1/4 cup green olives
2 tbs. of chopped basil
2 tbs. of parsley
1/2 tips. of red pepper
1 tips salt
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Romano/Parmesan cheese
return to oven and bake at 475 for 10 more minutes remove and drizzle some
olive oil and serve

1 French baguette
3 heirloom tomatoes (or vine ripened), seeded and
diced
2 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
flakes
salt and pepper to taste
goat cheese
8 large basil leaves thinly
diced
Olive Oil
 
Saute the tomato, garlic, red pepper flakes and half of the basil in 1 TBSP
olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste, then let cool. Cut baguette in 1/3 inch
slices, brush with olive and toast in a 350 degree oven until lightly brown.
Let bread slices cool a bit, then spread a light coating of goat cheese; add a
spoon full of tomato mixture, and sprinkle with a few leaves of fresh basil.
