WOONSOCKET, R.I. (WLNE)- CVS corporate employees are returning in-person to their offices on Tuesday.

The company is one of Rhode Island’s largest employers, with a headquarters located in Woonsocket.

CVS Spokeswoman, Tara Burke says, “Most corporate employees will spend two to three days each week at one of our office locations and work virtually on the other days as part of our new hybrid work format.”

Corporate staff returning to the office will be required to adapt to workplace policies, says Burke.

“Staff returning to the office are required to be vaccinated or have an approved reasonable accommodation per the¬†policy we announced last summer, which has not changed,” according to Burke. “Beginning today (March 15), the use of face masks or coverings will be voluntary in most CVS Health locations, except where required by federal, state or local mandates.”
