CVS and Walgreens open registration for children’s vaccination appointments, will begin administering shots this weekend

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE)- CVS and Walgreens have opened registration for vaccination appoints for children ages 5-11.

Anyone looking to get their child vaccinated can schedule an appointment with CVS at or on the CVS app.

Parents can schedule appointments with Walgreens at, on the Walgreens app, or by calling 1-800-Walgreens.

The first day appointments will be available is Saturday for Walgreens and Sunday for CVS.
