Dartmouth police make second indecent exposure arrest of week

DARTMOUTH, Mass. (WLNE)- Dartmouth police arrested a New Bedford man on Tuesday morning, after he had exposed himself to multiple women.

Police said that 25-year-old Noah Garris had shown his genitals to two different women in two different retail parking lots on Monday.

Garris was able to be identified as the suspect after investigators reviewed surveillance footage.

Officers were able to arrest Garris at his home in New Bedford without incident after getting a warrant.

This marks the second indecent exposure related arrest within the past week.
