Date set for demolition of squalor house in Blackstone

A date has been set to demolish the house of horrors in Blackstone.

The town’s Board of Health announced Tuesday night that the home at 23 Saint Paul Street will be taken down starting on October 21st at 9 a.m.

The home with be taken down by a demolition crew from Factory Recycling at Millville.

The company won the contract from the town with a low bid of $8,500.

The house was ordered torn down after the owner did not demolish the vermin and feces–infested home following the discovery of 3 dead infants inside.

The home owner will be sent the bill.
