The deadline for the demolition of the Blackstone ‘house of horrors’ has arrived, but the future of that home is still uncertain.

The house still stands. It was ordered torn down following the discovery of three dead infants inside. Now, a meeting scheduled for Tuesday night to discuss its future has been postponed.

Property owner Kristina Rivera is responsible for tearing down the home. She will be fined $500 dollars a day until she does. Since the deadline for demolition is Wednesday, the board of health pushed back its meeting by one week to allow Rivera to comply with the order.
