Driver Accused in Colin Foote Death Sentenced

SOUTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (AP) – A Rhode Island woman accused of fatally striking a motorcyclist after running a red light has been sentenced to five months in prison for violating her probation.
Laura Reale was given the sentence Wednesday for using marijuana and then submitting someone else's urine for a drug screening.
The 27-year-old Reale was charged in a May traffic collision that killed motorcyclist Colin Foote in Charlestown. She has pleaded not guilty.
