Driver Accused in Fatal Crash Arraigned

A prominent businessman accused of leaving the scene of a deadly accident faced both a judge and the victim's family today.

Restaurateur Kevin Killoran was arraigned in Providence Superior Court on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license, driving to endanger, and leaving the scene of an accident.  Police say he was driving a Mercedes at around 2am on April 18th with employee David Clinton in the car when he crashed on Route 195 West while merging onto 95 in Providence.

Killoran allegedly ran from the fatal wreck.  He pleaded not guilty to the charges today.
