Earthquake recorded near New Bedford

The Weston Observatory at Boston College recorded a 1.9 magnitude earthquake about 7 miles northwest of New Bedford.
It happened at 10:52 Thursday morning. Affected people would have felt shaking and rumbling and even possibly a loud boom.
No damage or injuries have been reported.
