Elevator falls 2 floors in Providence City Hall

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — An elevator inside Providence City Hall fell two floors after getting stuck Monday.

According to the Director of Communications at City Hall, the elevator became stuck and fell two floors before it reopened.

Officials said a vendor was able to remedy the issue.

No injuries were reported.
