Emerald Square Mall temporarily closes

NORTH ATTLEBORO, MASS (WLNE) – Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Emerald Square Mall is temporarily closing its doors.

The Malls owners, Simon Property Group released a statement saying after extensive discussions with federal, state, and local officials, they will be closing all their domestic properties until March 29th.

David Simon, Chairmen, CEO and President of Simon Property Group said, ” The health and safety of our shoppers, retailers, and employees is of paramount importance and we are taking this step to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.”
