An East Providence man was arrested at his home Friday morning following a sexual assault investigation.

59-year-old Valentino Mikhail was led out of his East Providence home in handcuffs after Pawtucket Police received a complaint that he had groped his 19-year-old female employee.

The woman told police she had just started a new job at his surveillance video store on Summer Street in Pawtucket when Mikhail touched her inappropriately. That’s when she told him not to, called a friend, and left the business.

After an initial investigation on May 28th, Pawtucket Detectives arrested Mikhail with the assistance of East Providence Police.

He was arraigned and charged with second degree sexual assault.
