Ethics Commission dismisses complaint against former McKee Chief of Staff

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE)- The Rhode Island Ethics Commission dismissed a complaint against Anthony Silva, Gov. Dan McKee’s former Chief of Staff.
The Commission voted unanimously to dismiss the complaint that Silva had failed to disclose a financial interest in a piece of land in Cumberland.
There was no probable cause that he violated any laws.
The complaint was dismissed with prejudice, and the Commission will issue a written Decision and Order explaining the basis for its vote.
