Warwick Police are investigating after an
Police say Brett Taraska, 30, died died from injuries sustained in the crash.
It happened at approximately 3:14 p.m. when a single vehicle crashed head on into a tree on
Police say Taraska was driving southbound when he veered left, crossing the yellow lines, and crashed into a tree.

Police are investigating to determine whether alcohol and/or drugs were a factor in the crash, or if the driver possibly suffered a medical incident moments prior.
Officials do not believe that speed was a factor. The driver also appeared to be partially buckled at the time of the crash. The airbag did deploy.
