Fall River woman killed in Freetown rollover
FREETOWN, Mass. (AP) – Police are investigating an early Thanksgiving crash in southern Massachusetts that has left a 22-year-old Fall River woman dead and three people injured.
Massachusetts State Police say the woman died after a multi-vehicle accident that occurred just after midnight Thursday on Route 24 in Freetown.
Massachusetts State Police say it appears the woman was ejected from her vehicle and may have been hit by another vehicle. Authorities have not released her identity.
Three other people were also injured in the accident.
Traffic was tied up on Route 24 for three hours following the accident.
