Fall River man accused of carrying loaded illegal gun inside fanny pack

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — A man is accused of walking around Fall River with a loaded illegal gun inside of a fanny pack.

While an officer investigated a possible violation of an Abuse Prevention Order in the city on Tuesday, he received a tip about the same man carrying an illegal firearm.

Officers found 25-year-old Malik Good at a local business and took him into custody.

Police then searched his fanny pack and found a loaded gun with a 17 round magazine.

Good was charged with violating the order and several illegal gun possession offenses.
