FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — A Fall River man accused of impregnating his daughter was found dangerous during a hearing on Monday.

Roque Garcia-Ortiz, 50, was arrested in Georgia earlier last month for allegedly raping and impregnating his 14-year-old daughter.

Garcia-Ortiz was taken back to Massachusetts where he is facing three counts of rape, three counts of aggravated rape of a child, and one count of rape of child with force.

The Superior Court heard and denied Garcia-Ortiz’s appeal. He will remain held without bail.
