Fall River man arrested for Boston assault

A Fall River man was arrested by Boston Police Saturday night after an alleged assault in Boston’s North End.

Nieto Wagner, 36, was arrested in connection to an indecent assault that occurred in the area of Tileston & Wiggin Streets early Saturday morning.

The victim told police that she was walking home when she noticed an unknown individual, whom she described as Hispanic, following behind her. After a quick conversation, the suspect grabbed her in an indecent manner and ran away.

Around 10 p.m. last night, a member of the Boston Police Fugitive Unit arrested Wagner in Fall River. He will be appear in Boston Municipal Court on Monday.
